Property Line Survey is a survey that shows your property corners and property lines staked on the ground.
Boundary Survey is a survey locating improvements and appurtenances as they relate to the exterior boundary. Boundary Surveys typically are accompanied by mapping in the form of a large format drawing.
Topographic Survey is a survey that shows the elevations and locations of natural and man-made features on a property and are used by engineers and architects to create accurate designs based on the existing conditions of the property.
Elevation Certificates are used to determine insurance rates for homes and buildings seeking to acquire flood insurance.
ALTA/NSPS Surveys are detailed surveys showing all existing improvements and important features of a property. The survey displays licensed surveyor's findings in relation to the title. These surveys are a marraige between the findings of a title company and an on the ground survey. The surveys assist all parties involved in a commercial real estate transaction.
Subdivision Plats- are maps that show the new boundary lines, important features, of a piece of property that has been divided into more than one parcel.
Site Plans or sometimes called plot plans are a survey document that maps out all the details of a building site, the boundary lines, how a structure will be situated on a lot, and important features such as landscape, structures, setbacks, driveways, utilities, and fences.
HPR Exhibits (Horizontal Property Regime) A Horizontal Property Regime (HPR) is a zoning policy which allows for two new houses to be built on a property that was previously zoned for just one house. In place of one house two tall, narrow houses, either attached or separated by mere feet are built on the property.
Septic/Soil Mapping is used to find the properties of the soil to determine whether or not it was suitable for a certain type of construction. The information from this typy of suryvey can be used for maintaining or constructing a garden, yard, home, and to determine where the soil is suitable for septic tanks and building a house.
Pool Exhibits are needed before starting construction on a pool. It will show important features of the property such as boundaries, setbacks, landscaping, buildings, water lines and septic areas that need to be avoided in the building process.
Construction Stakings are used to show on the ground where a building on a site is located. It has a vital role to help an organization to jump from the blueprints to the actual work.
As-Built Surveys are a collection of data used for construction on improvements shown in relation to a property line.
